Refunds:Performance Tire LLC believes in processing your refund in a very timely manner. In most cases you will see your funds return back into your account within 3-5 business days; however, we do not have control over how long it can take your financial institution to return the funds back to your account. In some cases, this timeframe may vary. You will need to contact your financial institution in order to determine the exact timeframe refunds will be available in your account.
If we cannot refund back to your original form of payment, the only refund option is an store credit to www.wheelreplicas.com. This includes, but is not limited to, bank accounts being closed or the credit card will not process or accept a refund. Money orders can only be refunded as store credit.
Canceling Your Order:At the time of purchase, your credit card is pre-authorized. Performance Tire LLC will not collect/settle the preauthorization charge until the order is invoiced at the time it is shipped. If you cancel your order before it ships, your preauthorization will expire back into your account in 3-5 business days. As with refunds, we do not have control over how long this process can take and will vary from financial institution to financial institution. You will need to contact your financial institution in order to validate this timeframe.
Address Verification:If you are using a credit card to pay for your order, enter the information in the required fields carefully. Performance Tire LLC takes pride in providing the best service possible. This includes providing the customer with the highest level of security. We go to great lengths to verify transactions and ensure cardholder security. That is why the information entered into the billing and shipping address field must be correct.
Our address verification process confirms that the billing address you entered matches the billing address your bank has on file for your credit card/debit card. If the information is entered incorrectly in any of the required fields, your order will be delayed, and/or canceled. Wheel Replicas offers free shipping within the continental lower 48 states without additional handling fees, plus most in-stock orders ship out the next business day. Our centralized location in Texas allows for delivery through our economy free shipping option with most orders being received within 1-5 days. For larger orders that cannot ship via ground shipping options, they will have to ship truck freight. Truck freight items are determined by the size and weight of the product/order. These may possibly be wheel and tire packages.
After your purchase, the LTL (Less Than Truckload Freight Shipping) carrier will call the phone number you have provided to schedule an appointment. All truck freight orders need to be checked by the receiver before being signed for. Any possible damage to the package or content must be notated on the receiving ticket as “damaged, pending inspection”. Once the paperwork is signed and no damage is identified, the receiver is responsible for all damages to the product and Wheel Replicas will not be held liable.

Wheel Replicas does not guarantee delivery times and cannot refund shipping charges/fees when late delivery results from events beyond our control. These reasons include delays from the unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.
Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, if they are not picked up from the freight carrier, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 1 week to be sorted and processed. There will be a 10% restocking fee assigned to any package that is returned for any of the above reasons.
Please report any missing item by contacting us within 7 days (1 week) of your delivery date. In the case a replacement product was sent, Wheel Replicas will send you a Fedex return tag to return the product back to us. If the original item is not returned within 30 days the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement item that was sent.
If your order has not arrived according to the tracking information, please contact Wheel Replicas within 7 days (1 week) of the scheduled delivery date. We will contact the shipping company and take the necessary steps to replace your order.
We package all item(s) by the guidelines set forth by the shipping company. In case of a damaged item please contact Wheel Replicas within 7 days (1 week) of the delivery date. We will reship the damaged item(s) after the damaged claim is processed with the shipping company. Please keep all packaging materials for damaged shipments. The shipping company will inspect the packaging materials for processing of the damage claim. The shipping company may contact the receiver to set up a convenient time to pick up and inspect the item. If the original item is not returned within 30 days the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement item that was sent.
After your order is placed, it will be shipped by our Distribution Team. Typically your order will be shipped within 24 hours M-F via Fedex. Once your order is invoiced and shipped, you will receive confirmation emails with links to track your order.
